Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Relished app, operated by Pars Kunt ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Relished for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions

Relished Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (annual or monthly), with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial applies, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
Current prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Content

Content in Relished is provided for your personal, non-commercial reading. All content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
